"But They Never Lost Their Nerve!" "Not a Lot!"

Muddling. I have just lost my voice, after reading thirty pages of the Aeneid to Waen, as well as Act IV of Julius Caesar. Thank God at least it is a short act. My throat hurts.

Waen got her way, and Nicolas has been mugged. Bwah.

More Nikkific, taking into consideration most recent points and shamelessly mentioning them. )

"Any Moment Is A Moment When You're In The Woods..."

Title: The M'man's Blood
Rating: G
Word Count: 100
Character(s): Jack Hammond

Tremble worry cringe
Please Don't Disgrace the Family Name
Make Us Proud
All the mothers' wishes and fathers' expectations
Bound up in a little piece of sailcloth
Tucked inside the pockets of the
M'man's coat

Do As Your Captain Commands
Uphold Honour
All the hopes and ambitions pinned to the
Rosette
Of the
M'man's hat
Tremble worry cringe

Don't be a coward don't be a waste don't be what you shouldn't
Be What We Wanted In A Son
Tremble worry cringe in between
Following all the tearful goodbyes and stern instructions
Soaked up in the sand
With the
M'man's blood

"Tisn't Morals, Tis Money That Saves!"

Finally stopped searching the internet for it and just typed the damn thing up. Oi.

Enjolras was reborn as a cockroach! Deepest apologies to Don Marquis. )

Adopt your own useless blob!

Yeah. Had to use my OMG icon again because of the cuteness.

"A Curse That We Now Here Rehearse..."

Am very annoyed about the lock of my door, or rather the lack thereof. Everyone else in the damn house can lock doors for protection against the wearying world, but I cannot. Waen kicked my door open once when she was angry, and the lock blew off across the room. And as of now, it has not been put back, mainly because it's in three pieces.

I wonder if I make a nuisance of myself over it, someone will finally fix it or help me fix it myself. Either way, it would be extremely pleasing.

I'm sick of putting a tin of dominoes against the door to keep it shut at night. To hell.
