:D I can't write the Baker, though. I should stick with Ragueneau.

He was a big, burly man who never trimmed his beard if he could help it, and could lift her up easily, with his hands around her tiny waist. Rosa, ten years old, laughed and tried to tease him, but he kissed her cheek and she couldn't. He was her second cousin, her third cousin, something, maybe, she didn't know? When they wrote her (she was sixteen then) and told her he had been killed, she wouldn't laugh for three days.
