I don't think this is a side effect, but I doubt that forgetting your multivitamin helped. Proper nutrition, plenty of rest, and not picking at the peeling skin are all going to help you. Also, try to pay attention to what your body is doing. Blisters mean that your skin needs more protection when you work out--and perhaps that you do too much of it for your poor skin to handle. Sores on your tongue often mean viral infections, although sometimes that kind of thing accompanies a really sudden hormonal imbalance. Your body may be responding to the shift of your psychoactive medications--that's something that will even out in time.
The body heals best, though, when it's nourished with accessible proteins. Beans are particularly good, as are peanuts; meat works, too, especially if it's baked or roasted and not boiled or deep-fried. You may want to start drinking more water and milk and orange juice, but that's just something that's generally a good idea.
Get sleep. Don't stress too much over things. Take your multivitamins. EAT (because if you're losing bits of your body, you need to take in enough to both run your body and heal the missing bits). Hopefully, the sores and chunk-loss and blisters will start to clear up in a few days; DO NOT HESITATE to bring this up with your nutritionist and any other medical professional you in the next few days. My opinions are based on generalities and experience of what works and some LIMITED medical knowledge; I am no substitute for a professional.
. . . and bask in the love of your friends. That helps, too. =)
