I know that it hasn't been easy and I haven't always been around to say the right words (or to hold you in the morning) (or to help you when you're down).
(...What do you take? The problem with most sleep aids is that they put you to sleep, not teach your body when to sleep. So, they can't be taken long-term, whereas the ones I have act like a normal hormone that I don't produce correctly and so it's harmless. ...well. I have two. The Ambien works like yours, but.)
(I take Ativan/Lorazepam. And--I see. That's probably a problem, but--nnggg. If it's not working-- and Ambien has so many bizarre side-effects, which is why even though I hate being on a sleep med I do like the one I'm on.)
(Ambien's side effects were dizziness and drowsiness, which are-- about what to expect, I think. It's just that it wouldn't help the main problem, and may make it worse. --Well, the theory is that sooner or later, it will start to work. I may have to get the dosage adjusted, though. My GP warned me that she wasn't sure if it would work. Not to mention that because of school, I have to adjust my schedule more than they'd like. I should probably be sleeping until 2 or so, not 12.)
^___^ Thank youuu. I just wish I could remember from whom I stole it.
(Yes, I know, but the driving in one's sleep thing bothers me. XD And the eating in one's sleep? That would be enough for me, right there, even though it doesn't even happen to everybody. ED alert hi. XD XD --Ah. Yes. And--that is unfortunate. ;_____; Summer vacation will be good for you, won't it?)
(Well, I have no cars or food in my room, so perhaps I'm safe...? XD --Well--maybe. It really depends. The terrible thing about adjusting one's sleep schedule is that one cannot sleep longer no matter what. And a real problem with DSPS is that getting less sleep than normal doesn't guarantee that you fall asleep earlier the next night. ;______;)
(...I hope you have no cars in your room. --I'm sorry. I just--I wish to God I could do something, but this is where I'm useless, isn't it? I'll just pray a lot, as much as I can. I wish I would wish you--
