Nope. But secular holidays are manufactured and the rest lack meaning when you don't identify with the culture or religion.

I don't mind the little chocolate-covered marshmallow Santas, though.

I guess that is true. Christmas is horribly commercialised, but I do at least have a religious connexion that makes it very worthwhile for me. So that makes sense.
