Marigolds! You can't hardly kill a marigold for tryin'. Or you could do a zinnia or somethin', and I guess you could do African violets, but you got ta be careful how you water 'em. If you're thinking veggies, there's lettuce and tomatoes you can do, or peppers. Mostly you got ta leave 'em in the sun proper and give 'em not too much water. And keep changin' the size of the pot while they're growing, 'cause they get proper big and they don't like their roots all squished. Most anything be happier if you put it in the garden after a bit, 'specially the veggies, 'cept lettuce stays pretty fine in a box. And then you can just cut it off if you want a salad or somethin'.
