That second one gives me the willies. I think of Gatiss' Mycroft as the more fucked up of the two brothers - smarter, and better camouflaged, so much more dangerous - but this is a plausible reversal of that, with Mycroft actually being the more normal one. (Which might make Sherlock horribly, doubly envious.) Imagine being their parents! It'd be like living in "The Midwich Cuckoos".
