"So Let Me Help You Remember..."

Dear subconscious: please no more Kay/Bedivere dreams. It is extremely disconcerting, especially when they look like their PBs on Britannia.

In other news, Thanksgiving break starts to-day, and since we have little/no internet at home, I'll be AWoL most probably until Sunday. Apologies to everybody I rp with!

And when I get back, it will be time for the annual christmas card poll, so that's exciting. ...I might haved stayed up too late last night. I am very sleepy.

I love you, [livejournal.com profile] mhari.

"If Ever I Return, All Your Cities I Will Burn..."

My uncle is coming on the third, and has promised to help us sort out the computer situation if he can; so at the moment that's my most likely bet for resuming internet access, is sometime that week. In the meantime, I'll continue to be in and out when I can get down here, and the rest of the time at home doing useful things. :P If you'd like a letter, particularly from a sock, please comment. That's one of the things I have entirely too much time for right now.

Meantime, the eclipse of the moon was amazing. We went up to the old silo pad in the pasture and watched it from the snow. Mama has been home so much lately because her clinic keeps getting closed for snow, and it's exciting to spend time with her after so long without practically seeing her at all. We went snow-walking yesterday, and worked out the maths assignment that Maria and I couldn't figure out, and we all snuggled up with her to watch Planet Earth in the evening.

My Mama is the best for snuggling up against.

Then we practised owl calls. >_>

In any event! I think I'm finally ready for spring. All the good things are coming; we just have to get through Lent.

"She Can Wound With Her Eyes..."

Foot got unexpectedly worse; could not walk or put any weight on it this morning, and ended up having to skip work. ^^;; Am going to see the doctor to-morrow morning at evil o'clock. Clearly I fail at life.

I haven't done much lately. My schoolwork, mostly. I'm fairly tired all the time, seem unexpectedly busy, even though I'm truly not. I'm putting packages together for Kali and Twitchy and Zara and Tom, which is fun; I like getting things together. But mostly not doing much of anything.

Seeing the scary med doctor on Thursday, and Leslie, too. Bowling is over, so officially the only reasons I have to leave the house any more are work and doctor's appointments. I think I need to get out of a rut and I can't be bothered. And--that's me.

"No One Seems to Know Just Who to Follow..."

Okay, Zara, Maja, Gil. DC trip.

The plays we're looking at are, I think, Rosencrantz and Guil are Dead, Hamlet, Coriolanus, Antony and Cleo, and Titus Andronicus. (Personally, I'd recommend R&GaD, as something everybody here likes, yes?, as less depressing than Titus, and as having some Hamlet for Zara and I, too.) We need to decide on one so we can start narrowing down the time. We need to do that because we need to pick our date so I can let my hosts know when it is (Gil also needs this information. I believe Maja and Zara are okay because Maja lives in DC, and Zara has any-time-she-likes bus tickets) I'm squooshing on their hospitality.

I have housing, and Maja has housing, and Gil would be staying with relatives, right? So that involves housing, also. Zara, are you going to stay overnight or make a day trip? I could see if Natalie and Melinda would mind overnighting another person, if you'd like.

That's the most important thing right now, I think: deciding on a play so we can pick a date that works for all of us. I'm perfectly willing to be in charge of telephoning and coordinating and attacking people on an inescapable basis to get answers. :D And then figuring out duration of stay and where people will be staying.

Input, please! ^__^

Also, Kate O.? Your package is going to be muy late because Vicki at the post office and I are trying to work out the most cost-effective way to send it. Please to forgive! Gil and Lydia's packages are going in the mail to-morrow. Also, Taira-lovey? The CD notes are done; I just need to finish the letter going with them.

Look, I have leet organising and effciency skillz! Except not.
