See your house, and then see a show with you.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 09:29 pm (UTC)(link)
^_^ We'll see something at the Whittacker Center! And then maybe we can go to Strawberry Square across the street and eat Chinese under the giant butterfly kites hanging from the ceiling! *plans it all out*

Should like to meet you and one day read a story that you have published when you're an adult! But if I can only have one, then to meet you. ^_^

And you must see Ferris Bueller's Day Off. It is a requirement of life. ;-)

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 09:32 pm (UTC)(link)
I want to meet you, too, and I want to take you to an amusement park. I have no idea why, but that's how I picture meeting you. An amusement park or perhaps a show.

Okay. I'll ask da' to get it from the library. :)

[identity profile] and-i.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 06:46 am (UTC)(link)
Breakfast Club and Stand By Me. I do approve.

[identity profile] missingclone.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 08:27 pm (UTC)(link)
sorry to butt in, but, i guess she forgot to add her own.. they were two of my additions...

much appreciation of the approval. holy crap, that's strange looking.

[identity profile] missingclone.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 04:09 pm (UTC)(link)
do it now. make an edit!

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 10:53 pm (UTC)(link)
Have!

[identity profile] and-i.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 01:58 am (UTC)(link)
Still, they are both v. wonderful films. :)

[identity profile] missingclone.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 04:09 pm (UTC)(link)
oh yes. i do agree!

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 09:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Tomoko is right; I didn't read the rules closely enough. *goes and fixes*

[identity profile] maranz.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 01:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, if you came to visit me I would take you to Sutter's Fort and the Crocker Art Museum, where you could see the amazing art vending machine. Then we could go see a show at the STC. If I saw you on a Sunday we could go to the Farmers' Market under the bridge. If it was August I would take you to the Japanese Bazaar at the Bhuddist church. We could go swimming as well. Later I would drag you and a video camera to the mall with me where we would pretend to be making a nature documentary on the common "mallus rattius." In the end we would eat frozen yogurt with gummy bears. :)

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)
You know what? That sounds really really cool. Seriously, it does. ^__^ I want to do that with you! What are the odds we ever could? Remind me where you live.

Also, how did you know I love gummy bears in frozen yogurt? Of all the things that can possibly be added, I love gummy bears best!

[identity profile] maranz.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 11:01 am (UTC)(link)
Let me see. To get here (Sacramento) you would have to fly all the way across the United States of America. I want to do it too!

How did I know? Because gummy bears and frozen yogurt together are holy and wonderful and everyone loves them.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 10:42 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, I think next summer or the summer after we're going to drive across the US and visit California among other states. So, you know, only two years at the most. ^_^

Okay, that's true.

[identity profile] maranz.livejournal.com 2004-06-17 08:37 pm (UTC)(link)
YAY! (But to tell you the truth, Sacramento isn't that interesting, even if it IS the capital.)

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-17 08:42 pm (UTC)(link)
Being interesting is so overrated.

[identity profile] tatteredsparrow.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 04:35 pm (UTC)(link)
I would love to bake a cake with you, then eat it when it's right out of the oven and the frosting is fresh and good.

Then we would watch movies. ^_^

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-15 09:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Mmm, I'd like to do that with you, too. ^_^ Do you like devil's food? Do you like pound? Have you ever had red velvet cake? And what's your favourite movie?

[identity profile] tatteredsparrow.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 10:58 am (UTC)(link)
Devil's food and pound cake make me melt, as does Angel's food, though I've tried to make it and failed miserably. I've never had red velvet, so I must try this soon. Favourite movie? Goodness, there are many. Because you've not seen Kenneth Branagh's "Hamlet" we must start out with that. After that, we would watch "The Breakfast Club" because it is the classic teen angst movie, then a Guy Richie movie ("Snatch," "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels," &c) to feed my unhealthy obsession.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2004-06-16 10:36 pm (UTC)(link)
I've never tried Angel's Food, although I've made both Devil's Food and pound cake successfully. I used to make red velvet every Christmas, but I just stopped. For, like, no reason.

Okay! And then I'd make you watch League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, since I make everyone watch League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. And if you haven't seen Thief and the Cobbler, you'll have to see that. And then we can watch Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead for our Hamlet quota.
