Can anyone recommend me to a program where I can animate icons? Or, failing that, will someone offer to take my icons and animate them for me? *smiles adorably to convince people that this would be a lovely, wonderful thing to do*

I have Adobe Photoshop, and it has Adobe ImageReady attached to it. It's been what I've been using for a bit now...and while it takes a little bit to learn, it doesn't do too terribly.

Unfortunately, the only graphics manipulation program I have right now is GIMP, and I can't seem to find an animation feature attached to it. I can't run Photoshop because our computer has a Linux operating system. >_>
