"He who has and a little tiny wit, with a hey, ho, the wind and the rain..."

Ha ha, we're watching Lear with Robert Lindsay as Edmund and he keeps spitting out the word 'bastard'.

Captain Pellew. 'Bastard'. 'Bastard'. 'Bastardly bastard!'. 'Bastardly bastarding base bastardy bastard who is not legitimate!'. XD

I am too easily amused.

In other news, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame is a bit of a cute film. ^_^ Except that Phoebus is a 'good guy'. And it makes me go Phoebus/Quasimodo OTP!!. Except that would be just mean. But it's still rather a cute letter film my head is not screwed on to-day.

And Pellew has a humongous beard, too! BASTARD!
erinpuff: (WTF (Pellew))

Robert Lindsay Robert Lindsay! I love him.

You still need to see Bert Rigby, You're a Fool. It's not even a good movie except for him. ^^

Captain Pellew. 'Bastard'. 'Bastard'. 'Bastardly bastard!'. 'Bastardly bastarding base bastardy bastard who is not legitimate!'. XD

I just snorted very unattractively with laughter. Thank you. ;-)

[identity profile] sansenmage.livejournal.com 2005-01-22 08:00 am (UTC)(link)
I can imagine Pellew referring to Captain Foster as that, or vice versa.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 02:32 am (UTC)(link)
Definitely ditto.

[identity profile] tiamatschild.livejournal.com 2005-01-22 05:04 pm (UTC)(link)
And it makes me go Phoebus/Quasimodo OTP!!.

You too? And here was me thinking that was just a side effect of me having a very twisted little mind.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
Me, too! ^__^ I mean, come on. It's just--rather subtexty but indisputably there.

Yes! And the scene with the pendent map and... *wibbles*

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Assuredly! And when Phoebus catches Quasimodo and saves his life and then hugs him-- Too. Canon.

*blushes* Ehee, thank you.

[identity profile] tiamatschild.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
I've been meaning to finish my icons for my Kelson Haldane puppet and have him post over there, but I haven't done it yet.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 04:29 am (UTC)(link)
Ee! But who is Kelson Haldane? Wil't educate me?

[identity profile] tiamatschild.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 09:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Kelson Haldane is the cutest fantasy novel king ever. He's fourteen when he comes to the throne following his father's murder, and the novels he's in pretty much follow him growing up and learning about how to rule. He is a Doll. Seriously. He gets worried about his best friend, and flings little fits out of temper and then apologizes to Morgan, his friend/father-figure, and he's just generally loving and sweet and protective...

He's a good kid.

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Awww! He does sound adorable. What book(s) is/are he from? Ought I read?

[identity profile] tiamatschild.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 09:54 pm (UTC)(link)
The Deryni Chronicles and The Histories of King Kelson are the two series. The Chronicles go: Deryni Rising, Deryni Checkmate and High Deryni. The Histories are: The Bishop's Heir, The King's Justice, and The Quest for Saint Chamber. They're by Katherine Kurtz. The Chronicles come first.

And yes, yes you should read! All must read! Bwahahaha!

*writes them all down, ha ha!*
