"He who has and a little tiny wit, with a hey, ho, the wind and the rain..."

Ha ha, we're watching Lear with Robert Lindsay as Edmund and he keeps spitting out the word 'bastard'.

Captain Pellew. 'Bastard'. 'Bastard'. 'Bastardly bastard!'. 'Bastardly bastarding base bastardy bastard who is not legitimate!'. XD

I am too easily amused.

In other news, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame is a bit of a cute film. ^_^ Except that Phoebus is a 'good guy'. And it makes me go Phoebus/Quasimodo OTP!!. Except that would be just mean. But it's still rather a cute letter film my head is not screwed on to-day.

And Pellew has a humongous beard, too! BASTARD!

I've been meaning to finish my icons for my Kelson Haldane puppet and have him post over there, but I haven't done it yet.

Ee! But who is Kelson Haldane? Wil't educate me?

Kelson Haldane is the cutest fantasy novel king ever. He's fourteen when he comes to the throne following his father's murder, and the novels he's in pretty much follow him growing up and learning about how to rule. He is a Doll. Seriously. He gets worried about his best friend, and flings little fits out of temper and then apologizes to Morgan, his friend/father-figure, and he's just generally loving and sweet and protective...

He's a good kid.

Awww! He does sound adorable. What book(s) is/are he from? Ought I read?

[identity profile] tiamatschild.livejournal.com 2005-01-23 09:54 pm (UTC)(link)
The Deryni Chronicles and The Histories of King Kelson are the two series. The Chronicles go: Deryni Rising, Deryni Checkmate and High Deryni. The Histories are: The Bishop's Heir, The King's Justice, and The Quest for Saint Chamber. They're by Katherine Kurtz. The Chronicles come first.

And yes, yes you should read! All must read! Bwahahaha!
