"The Stars At Night Are Big and Bright..."

So many apples! If I never see another apple as long as I live, I shall be quite happy.

Of course, that was just the end of the Rambos. The Red Delicious are now ripe, and the Granny Smith any time after the Reds. It never ends, indeed it doesn't; but there, I'm just complaining.

Also I have cut my thumbs most dreadfully, because I peel toward myself instead of away from; and because I slice towards myself, too. Oh, the acute agony, the most acute agony. *laughs*

I am feeling rather absurdly silly.

We must do something about the sheep's heart in the refrigerator door, that is quite a silly thing to have there after all this time. I shall ask Mum whether we can't do something about it.

Lillie, the package came to-day. Thank you so much! It is really the most wonderful thing. I shall be so busy listening to music I don't know how I shall have time to do my schoolwork. ^_^

Kali, you must tell me what you'd like for your birthday.

And otherwise, people must excuse me for the dreadfully long time it is taking me to get anything done. Honestly, how much time do I need? I expect everyone is asking. But I am trying, rather, it's just that it's so hard to find the right idea to work from, and as for Miss Fish's present, it's just sulking at me. It's halfway finished but it has no plot, nor is it truly going anywhere, so I shall prod it exceptionally hard and really try to do something with it.

I hope I have laugh lines and smile lines on my face when I am older, I do.

You know, it's a very funny thing, but I like to have something on my wrists all the time. I wear wristwatches or bracelets, and sometimes I even tie ribbon or string around my wrists, just to have something there--but I can't bear to wear necklaces. I have some, but I really can't bear to wear them. I don't like the feel of something around my neck. I think it's rather funny.

So silly to-night, I am so silly!

*I do, I have lots of them, actually, for different kinds of special things... but oh, oh, oh, blushing, melting...! um, yes, yes it does*

*giggles*

(Yessss. I don't quite like ferrets, but there was always at least one wicked furry that I didn't want killed, who invariably would die.)

*oh, and ros would like so very much to see them all, and says it by beaming and kissing your hand like a gentleman, not like the wicked boy who traumatized horatio. kylee sighs and shakes her head.*

*points all your giggles to fish*

(oooh. off the top of my head, i remember romsca -- if it's romsca i'm remembering. wicked weasel-ish pirate woman with heart of somewhat-gold-like brass. and who died, of course!)

*is utterly charmed into little Soujinish bits that smell like sexy, sexy vanilla watches ros adoringly*

*giggles!*

(Yes! Romsca! Pearls of Lutra. I liked her. And I remember attaching to someone named Bugpaw because I adored the name. That was Martin the Warrior, of course...)

*oh! ros quite likes the smell of vanilla. and he quites like miss soujin, so that's even better, isn't it? he wonders if it'd be quite improper to take a soujinish bit home, and put it in a box.*

(the vermin always had the best names. XD XD not that brian jacques didn't have some pretty classic names all around, though. i want a gullwhacker, demmit.)

[identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com 2005-09-11 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
*ooh, I hope he would. and oh, goodness, he's too sweet--! but he can have a soujinish bit, if he'd like one. ...did you know that people used to drink vanilla? it has a terribly high alcohol content, and they'd get drunk. I think that's so odd.*

(They did! They did, and he was just... well. Yes. Our kayak is named Grath Longfletch, and I named one of our kittens Briony once.)

*ros promises to keep his soujinish bit very safe, then, and shan't forget it, even if he forgets other things, because he's never forgotten a promise -- not that he can remember, anyway -- and he wonders about drinking vanilla. he wanted to drink anti-freeze, once, because it was such a pretty color, but was told it wasn't a very good idea.*

(... you had a kayak named grath longfletch? that wins in so many ways.)

*oh, oh, oh, is the happiest soujinish bit ever--drinking vanilla probably is a bad idea; less so than drinking antifreeze, but--*

(*giggles* And still have. Yes. Am a silly silly Soujin.)
