"Coming Back When I've Finally Moved On..."
Foo. Successful day at the library (got out a pile of artbooks, one of New Yorker cartoons, Anthony and Cleopatra in larger print so that I won't die trying to read it, more for my children's lit project, and some things just for fun), and all generally good. I think we will be watching Rumpole of the Bailey to-night. :D
It looks like the move is definite. Waen and Mum both agree that we can't live here once the housing development starts building up--we're pretty much the teeny little ten acre plot of land surrounded on one side by the town, on one side by the highway, and on two sides by rolling farmland, which has just been sold for development. They're already marking out the lots.
So yes. This would have sent me into hysterics even a few months ago, but I'm surprisingly calm about it now. I'd like having new land to explore, I think. I'd love having a new house to explore. I want to find it and make it mine. <3 I don't mind. Just as long as we don't move out of state, that's all. Daddy was thinking of having us go down to Tennessee, but I--I can't say it's out of the question, since of course it's not really my house, but I'd rather not, frankly. So we're looking for Pennsylvania countryland, which shouldn't be too hard. Maybe we'll move to Big Valley.
I don't mind. Every exit is an entry somewhere, just like it says on my Stoppard bookmark.

Also, Antony and Cleopatra makes me eyespork. A LOT. x___x

Yes, well, I want to eyespork in larger print. The small print makes me fall asleep.

The play itself makes me fall asleep. Even pirates don't make it better (even if they are the best part).

Yes, well, we'll see. :P

And towards State College, which may or may not be relevant in a few months.;_______; This exit had better not be an entry to very far away, especially because I gave you that bookmark.
(I may only have six icons, but I still have an appropriate one. Huzzah.)

You know, State College is close enough that I might be able to drive up on weekends sometimes. It won't, for I shan't let it be. I do have a little say in where we go.
(Well, I know what you're getting for Chirstmas...!)

Because I fail at dates?

Indeed.

(*cackles*)
I've stopped doing that, at least on checks. I should have written you a new one with a shiny correct date or something.

(*sadfaces. liek Hamlet*)
Well, she took it! So there was no need.

This is a wonderful attitude to have! If only I had been so sensible at your age.
