In Which Saturday is Actually a School Day.

Did my chem, my history, my Latin, and my grammar. Everything, in short, that I was too busy to do this week because I was spending so much time angsting terribly. But now being inspired it is finished, and I made a construction paper train for Billy. ^^ Billy is one of my gentlemen at work who has Down Syndrome, so he's quite young, maybe fifty, and he loves trains. So I decided to be ridiculous and make him one. I put on lots of glitter glue. XD He will probably just Look at me.

I need to get by A.C. Moore's or Michaels and get stickers, construction paper, &c, because Valentine's is coming up fast, and I plan to have valentines for everyone I can possibly think of, being silly. ^__^ I win. Maybe I will get lace, too. I bought doilies yesterday at the store. And then I also need to get cards for several people, and make up a few small packages. And maybe I will finally BE RESPONSIBLE and send castaly her care package. And finish Lillie's fic.

And to-morrow I am going to see sparklychibi! So squee. I think that things are finally, finally going okay, knock on wood.

I love making Valentines!—although this year I think it's going to be very hard to beat Shouka, who has made a Valentine card for her boyfriend out of a sheet of posterboard folded in half. (Also, possibly she has set a world record for flakes of glitter per square inch. I don't know for sure, but it seems likely.)

I am! But mostly only because of the three-day weekend. Still, besides the SATs, most of my work this weekend has just been memorizing, which is nice.

Well, I won't fail this time! I will make a new CD and manage to figure out how to send it, and--do you like those chalky candy hearts? I like milk chocolate best (though, white chocolate better, even though it's not real chocolate, so i don't count it), especially around cherries or peanutbutter! Mmm.... --oh, um, d'you have any especially preferred candies? (or allergies?)

I have not made Valentines in years, beacuse I staunchly avoid Valentines day like the plague (although lovely lacy Victorian pretties are fine and I am making an altered book which is themed pink and roses). For this year I am torn between hauling around a GIGANTIC card all day to see if anyone asks who gave it to me, or wearing all greens and blacks and handing out "Unhappy Ares' Day!" cards to everyone. Or something.

I think the avoidance is more of an ingrained habit than anything else...though this year it'll be interesting to see how it goes, what with all the semi-unresolved boy issues. In that case, I might have to come up with something clever to send you too, like...er...socks. Are socks clever? I forget.
