...that probably isn't the right reaction, though. *snuggles* You only have a couple of weeks and then you're through, and then you can rest and get a handle on everything else. When you're volunteering again, things will be okay.
*cling* I know. Once I'm volunteering, it'll be fine. I've just--I've gotten in trouble for so many things to-day, and it turns out I'm working this Sunday, too, and I keep wanting to scream or cry and I don't--I need it to be over.
(Next year I'm working at Sheetz. I'll do the register, which I love, and get ten dollars an hour.)
I gave my two weeks' notice on the twentieth of August, to end the thirty-first of August (but she scheduled me for September, so I switched the days into August with Karen, and she got mad at me for switching so much).
(I think so! I love waiting on people, I love fooling around with cash resigters, and I love proper air conditioning.)
Also, check your e-mail. I sent you an important one.
That's ridiculous-- she shouldn't have scheduled you after your two week's notice. She really sounds like a bad boss, but. At least you're getting out of there. ^^ Maybe you should have given your notice to end before you go to the Adirondacks? (How are your feet, by the way?)
(Cash registers hate me, but I like them. XD Air conditioning is a big plus. I was thinking I'd apply at the schmancy movie theater next summer, unless something better comes along.)
(And, nothing to do with the post, but I can officially make our Weekend! When do you want me? I might be able to come as early as Wednesday, though I'd get in pretty late.)
(Oh, dear...! ^^;;;; You would. I've just found out to-day that there may be extreme complications. I actually kind of want to talk to you on the telephone about it.)
(The telephone is never 'good' for me. ^_~ I v. much dislike using them. However, disaster has been averted! Can you come down Friday night instead? I'm working that Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, so--)
Sheetz could work--just DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES work in an ill-ventilated warehouse. Especially not for only $7.00 an hour. It's not worth it.
And honestly, I'm proud of you for keeping to this commitment even though it's so very hard--you're a real trooper, girl, and you're respected for it. *lovesonclose*
I don't know whether there are any in Perry County, but if there are I shan't. I shall work at Sheetz, for ten dollars an hour, and be lots, lots, lots happier.
*clingsonto* Still. It's just--it's not because I'm strong, it's because I promised, and Karen--but otherwise. I dont' know.
*snugs* Well, at least you've been doing something useful with your time, unlike myself, who has spent mostly the entire summer on her tush in front of a computer.

(That ought to make you crazy, too, but in a much better sort of way. XD)
