Oh, my God, I am totally panicking. I am hyperventilating. I am sitting right here very still and I can't breathe and I am breathing too fast and choking on it and I don't even know. God, what is wrong with me?

breathe deep. deep. don't let yourself get caught in the hyperventilation. put your head between your legs if you need to.

you know, i can't recall offhand, but that's what they always told us to do for panic ;)

(so i always do. it seems to help, but maybe because i think it will?)
