Oh, my God, I am totally panicking. I am hyperventilating. I am sitting right here very still and I can't breathe and I am breathing too fast and choking on it and I don't even know. God, what is wrong with me?
I once read that twenty breaths completely changes the airflow in your body; that is, after twenty cycles of inhale and exhale, all the air in your body is new.
I don't know if that will help you, but it often helped me calm down - visualizing that it was all changed out.
