My hair is now purple! No one can mistake purple for green! --At least, I sincerely hope not...

I intend to speculate on Nicolas now.

It is incredible the amount of things he doesn't understand. The reason he wears his hair down to his waist is because - living alone - he can't see the current style. He doesn't know to cut his hair. He just doesn't know. He only wears proper clothes because that's what's in the shops. I sincerely doubt he conceives of fashion.

He doesn't understand beautiful unless one means it as a sound or textile. He dooesn't understand being told "You are beautiful".

He knows his hands aren't proper because he's felt other people's hands. He knows he's taller than most people because he can place by voices. He doesn't, technically, know that his clothes look better than other people's; he's just been told. He knows that velvet is a better fabric than linen. He knows that silk is better than cotton. But only because he can feel those things.

Actually, considering society back then and things, he likely doesn't know that women look particularly different from men. He could tell they wear different clothes by the rustle of skirts and so forth, but on the whole... O_o

He doesn't know what he looks like. At all. He's extremely vulnerable on so many levels. And God, but the boy is utterly expressionless. He doesn't know how to smile. He's never seen anyone to copy. He doesn't know to tilt his head in confusion or to look at the floor in embarrassment. He doesn't know how to raise his eyebrows.

I'm starting to wonder why his parents kept him. Could one get rid of defective children back then? I believe one could before.

Also, Waen wants him to get mugged, preferably by Montparnasse. Is this entirely too easy? Why yes, yes, it is. He wouldn't notice anything wrong about footsteps behind him walking home. He wouldn't notice anything was wrong, really, until he was being knocked over the head. Upsetting. If these events came to pass, he would likely get even more depressed than he is now.

Nikki is the only Enjolras I've created in ages who really wants the revolution. He's also the only one who I could possibly conceive committing suicide (for the record, no. I will not do that to him.).

He's rather fragile. He's very vulnerable, though he isn't exactly innocent. What shall we do, Nikki, what shall we do with you?

Blindness is more of a disability than it sounds. And Nikki, having been blind from birth, has never seen anything in his life. I don't think he really even truly understands "black".

My baby. *snuggles him* I really don't have the first what to do with you.
