"She Flitted About the No Man's Land..."
Jun. 14th, 2004 01:41 pmI've finished cleaning the house, Mum's friend Ellen is coming for a sleepover to-night, Waen is holed up in her room being narcissistic, Father is out gardening to try and make me feel guilty because I'm not, and Mum is not home yet. I am not supposed to be on the computer and Robert says they canceled Juniata Camp, which I have been looking forward to since I left last year, because not enough people signed up. I called the college and a woman I know on the board of trustees, but the college didn't answer and Sue doesn't know for sure. But I feel, however unjustified it is, that I have done enough.
And so I am going to bloody well hide in my room and read my book, which I have been waiting all week to do. Okay?
Good.
