They turned me down at Kinkora... said I was too young. So Mum called Stoneybridge and referred to me as a "high-school student", which, technically, I am. I have an interview, and must fill out an application and get tested for TB on Wednesday. Actually, I remember Stoneybridge. I planted flowers there when I was in GSA, which, incidentally, I seem to have quit.
We stormed the library and returned with The Mysterious Island by Jules Verne (Waen's); Lemony Snicket: the Unauthorised Biography (Waen's); Enya CDs (Waen's); three Cat Who books and The Gospel According to Larry (mine); Gypsy the Musical (mine); the El Dorado soundtrack with Elton John (also mine); and A&E's The Scarlet Pimpernel: The Kidnapped King (Mum's).
Then we looked for a digital camera and went to the shadow grocery, where I got tacky accessories that everyone hates. Specifically, a big plush frog and a ceramic sign with "Peace" on it, which I nailed to my door.
We discussed having a midsummer bonfire, but da' thought we should wait until it rains, so that the fire won't spread. We're all looking forward to it. It'll have to be soon, though. We're leaving for Iceland on Monday.
Da' told me to publish Cursum Perficio. O_o
ALSO: I miss you,
