"It Takes a Lot of Men to Make a Gun..."
Jul. 22nd, 2004 01:28 amThe time is getting steadily nearer when I will have to write Nemo/Pellew for Waen. I think it should be clear why I'm putting this off.
Damn that girl and her fancies.
The time period is all wrong, for one thing. Somehow I've got to get Nemo (1860) into the verse of Pellew (1800). And I can't even pull the time-thingy I did with the Edrington/Enjolras. So I'm thinkin' maelstrom. I know it's going to be involved; that maelstrom from the end of 20,000 Leagues.
Then we will have tonnes of problems beginning with Nemo hates the British and Nemo may throw a minor fit about being forced to wear clothes made out of clothes, as opposed to his seaweed spandex of doom, and ending with God-knows-what.
And this is only the first of her requests.
She wanted Mad-Eye Moody/Dumbledore, but I absolutely refused.
*hides in corner*
