I assume that the concept of Motherly Love was invented so that mums would have no excuse to kill their children when they made a mess of the house and expected the mums to clean it up. I hope there is such a thing for sisters, too.

In other news, I am wearing the red scarf Monika&Elena got me 'round my neck, which is causing this to be a Mina Harker day--a day of overall efficiency and some impatience. Damn it, why is it that no one in this whole house can empty the dishwasher or wash the dirty dishes in the sink but me?

Passepartout still rocks, but I have given up on the slashfic for the time being.
