"Our Happiness Seemed Never-ending..."

*facepalms* Well, mhari cured me of my depression by getting me addicted to Neopets. I was up until four o'clock last night, and ended up sleeping until nine o'clock.

...But it was loads of fun. >_< I shall never, ever be able to stop...!

Yes, I shall. I have things to write. But all the same, I now know a sure-fire pick-me-up and all around Way to Waste Eight Hours or So.

In other news, we got our fourth horse to-day. I probably neglected to mention that. Her name is Rosie and she is really awfully lovely, a golden dapple colour with milky-coloured mane and tail (naturally crimped and thick and like a horse version of a l'oreal commercial, due to growth steroids made specially for horses O_o). But not as nice as Sam, I think. She wouldn't eat my carrots.

We had the GSA Thinking Day program to-day, and our particular troop's country was Italy; accordingly, I wore my Frenchboys shirt, because I am a very bad girl scout.

Also did calisthenics to-day for twenty minutes. Am going to hurt to-morrow. Loads. Don't really mind, though, because that's as must be, and it's going to be a good thing.

Mum says she talked with one of her fellow nurses to-day, and found out that very overweight people who have lost a lot of weight have a very long time adjusting to themselves, and as a result don't really think they've done much for quite a while, which is (she says) why I feel yet so fat. Apparently a few more months and I'll be able to see that I've lost weight. ^_~ So it's just a nice, normal psychological condition that I needn't worry about. Isn't that nice?

--oooh, the computer's just decided that if I play Neopets too long running, it'll freeze up and not let me play it any longer. That's handy. Okay.

La, la, it's Oscar Night, and not only do I have but a very vague idea of what that is, I have no television and therefore cannot watch them and, indeed, do not wish to! I'm free! I'm fancy-free, and free for anything--fancy! I have wings upon my feet! I am carelesser than the carelessest careless butterfly fluttering by uncaringly on a gentle breeze! I am less concerned than a cat watching a yap-dog fall into a well! I have nothing in the world to demand my attention, to insist that I become involved in it; no persons who will never acknowledge my existence to watch! I am--
