"Il cherche la lumière..."
Apr. 2nd, 2005 10:38 amMuch to do to-day!
After acting, shall be baking and cooking for coffee hour to-morrow: cocoanut macaroons, dried cranberry scones, and white-chocolate candies. We will also have fresh fruit and crudites to go with it, I believe. Waen also to go to Kate's party to-morrow, and to make her cinnamon-raisin fish loaves again.
I am not going to that to-morrow, as I am no longer afraid of Kate and I am not in love with Kate but I don't really feel like going, so I simply declined. She didn't ask why, just said that she hoped I'd enjoy whatever it was prevented me from coming. <3 Dear girl. I feel so happy because it's all right.
In about fifteen minutes, up to treadmill. Have a different exercise routine to try to-night, so shall engage in that and do my treading now. Edwin Drood calls to me.
To-day I am dressed like an Erte print. I'm wearing the (exceedingly long) remains of Nemo's turban draped around me eight or so times and pinned, along with a dark purple skirt, and my hair is pinned up. Yes. Like an Erte print. Waen wants an Erte print for her birthday, but I cannot find any that are inexpensive, unfortunately.
Shall cut this short now, as it is thundering and storming here and I fear that the electricity will go any moment. If I'm not here to-night, there you have the cause.
Acting to-day also! More with my two boys.
