"They Say Goldfish Have No Memories..."
Jan. 25th, 2006 06:15 pm...We have new personnel at work, and new policies, which means I am getting caught in Activities/Nursing hostility crossfire again. ;_________________; Agga. I hate that.
And Malcolm died! He's been there since nineteen-ninety-eight. ;____; It's such a huge shock, too, because he didn't really go through any decline. Linda said probably a blood clot. Mum says that's better, though, because it's horrible to get iller and iller before dying.
But Marcie gave me hugs, and Katy, too, even though I was annoying her. And Charlie! ^_______________^ Charlie was having a visit from a man who's a volunteer opposite days from me, and he gave me the name of a really, really brilliant stoma surgeon for children. Bwah. ^__^ <3333 That's good.
May is looking fragile. I worry. But Anna's very well!
...So much peoplelove. ^_^;;;
In other news, I have a blood blister on my foot, and the place where the needle went in when I got labs taken yesterday has turned blackish. Luckily, my abscess is healing. Am always tired, though, and anticipating an emotional crash. Only two weeks to the IOP...
