*yes. Everybody said no. It was beautiful.

I fixed my hair for David, though--he'd been telling me I had hair just like his mother's, and he mentioned how she fixed it, so I got Mum to do it exactly that way so I could show him to-day, but he went to the hospital yesterday. ;__________; He was doing so well, too! The nurses were vague about whether or when he's coming back. Ohhh. *wibbles* I like David so much. I want him healthy and safe and baaaaack.

Rosie's doing well, Diana played Bingo all by herself to-day, eeee, and Jim sang to me. I knew the beginning bit of a song, and I sang it for him, and he knew the rest of it! It was rather lovely. Also, Anna is a little better to-day--not wonderful by any means; she can't dress herself or do much of anything, but she could get out of bed by herself. That's important. I hope she gets better quickly. I hope I hope I hope. Fret.

Nurses: Soujin, will you get that, please?
Soujin: *catches Romaine* Sit down, Romaine. Come on. Sit down.
Romaine: No, Mary! I have to go over there! I'm sick and my back is broken and I'll be better over there!
Soujin: There is a reason you are tied to your wheelchair. Sit down, please, for me. Just sit down. It'll be fine, you just need to stay here. If you stand up you could fall, and you'd hurt yourself, so please, just for me, sit down--
Jean: *snags Romaine's wheelchair and starts pushing it back and forth, thank you, Jean XD*
Nurse 1: Do you have an activity going on? Can you just sit her beside you at it? Just talk to her a little. She'll listen to you.
Romaine: DID YOU HEAR THAT, MARY? SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME! NOW TAKE ME OVER THERE!

Jean: *is disappointed because she can't play with Romaine's wheelchair any more*

I LOVE WORK. OMG.

"Isn't That Interesting...?"

They're setting off (illegal) fireworks in Halifax, Duncannon, Camp Hill, and Marysville, and we can see them from here, even though we're rather far away, especially from Halifax. They keep making popping splittering cracking noises and Mum and Waen went out to stand on the hill by the Goblin House and watch them.

They didn't tell me they were going, or I would have gone too...!

I realised that with my salary at work, I'll be able to buy my own tickets to New York. I earn minimum wage, but that'll still be more than enough to go see Hamlet with my Ladymine. It's actually very exciting to realise. Only I was wondering, Zara--if you don't mind--could I have the schedules? Daddy wants to see them. He's still suspicious.

(He's being awful to-day. I have had not to speak to him at least three times.)
