"Falling from the Stars..."
Jul. 25th, 2006 11:12 pmWell. Susan, we think, is going to be okay. It turned out to be a seizure instead of a stroke, which is wonderful, because it's a lot easier to get better from.
Dorothy is speaking to me again. Oscar is a love.
Maddy sent me a letter, and I was able to do all right at work to-day. We had confirmation class this evening, and I coloured maps of Israel.
I'm in love with a girl who is like lavender and stars.
I like the murder mystery I'm reading. ^_~ It rained purple this evening, but I had chicken soup for supper. Waen called and is perfectly happy; she found a store selling Grateful Dead merchandise, in Chattanooga.
I gave my two weeks' notice for the second to last week in August, and Linda said that would work out beautifully, so I don't feel guilty. I need to write Waen Bootstrap/Davy Jones, but I can do that, and I don't have any other responsibilities just now. This Saturday I'm going to New York with my Ladymine and Lillie, and I get to give her the (silly) present I bought her in Monticello.
Cali and I keep sharing meals. I fixed my camera. I get my paycheck to-morrow, the one that's actually going to take me to New York.
I won't tempt fate by saying everything's coming up roses, but--
right now I've got lots of things to be thankful for when I say my evening devotions.
