Foo. Successful day at the library (got out a pile of artbooks, one of New Yorker cartoons, Anthony and Cleopatra in larger print so that I won't die trying to read it, more for my children's lit project, and some things just for fun), and all generally good. I think we will be watching Rumpole of the Bailey to-night. :D
It looks like the move is definite. Waen and Mum both agree that we can't live here once the housing development starts building up--we're pretty much the teeny little ten acre plot of land surrounded on one side by the town, on one side by the highway, and on two sides by rolling farmland, which has just been sold for development. They're already marking out the lots.
So yes. This would have sent me into hysterics even a few months ago, but I'm surprisingly calm about it now. I'd like having new land to explore, I think. I'd love having a new house to explore. I want to find it and make it mine. <3 I don't mind. Just as long as we don't move out of state, that's all. Daddy was thinking of having us go down to Tennessee, but I--I can't say it's out of the question, since of course it's not really my house, but I'd rather not, frankly. So we're looking for Pennsylvania countryland, which shouldn't be too hard. Maybe we'll move to Big Valley.
I don't mind. Every exit is an entry somewhere, just like it says on my Stoppard bookmark.
