We had a nice little party for Mama and took her out to dinner; and gave her presents. She was really happy. Daddy bought her a clivia she's wanted all her life, and Maria got her Sweet Land, and I gave her things from the Natural Foods Store and some soap and mulling spices. We stopped at the house--my room is the most gorgeous shade of purple you ever saw, and I got the bell-tree door.

I feel content and capable. We'll see how long that lasts. XD
