Okay! Finding even semi-decent Horatio pictures from that production is being a pain, so it must wait, but, in the meantime, variations!
...Which are still mostly sad, dang it.
That's a Wendell Berry poem, like I said. THE most depressing love poem EVER. ...Okay, not quite. But close.
And a different image, different production...
I am forced to admit that it's a set of lines from a song from Pete's Dragon. *whistles* It's not my fault it's a Horatio/Hamlet song.
And then there's this. I have no idea what to do with this, but it's pretty much priceless, so I saved and iconed it. All the reviews of the production describe this as Punk!Hamlet. He seems to spend much of the play wandering around half clothed. And, um.
I dunno. It looks to me like what happens when someone says "How can we make the obligatory Horatio holds onto Hamlet or, in our case, vice versa, moment even SLASHIER?"
Or maybe it's what happens when you let certain kinds of theorists/fans do the costuming. Who knows? All I know is that I cannot think of something to put on it. Any ideas? Do you want it?
