Actually, I could literally have her brood on him. As Captain Jack Sparrow is currently in France. I haven't figured out why he's in France, but he's definitely there in Louis XIV's reign. So really Mazarin would be the (dead) cardinal of note, but Elizabeth's well-read. She'd know who Richelieu is. =)
