Dinner is gonna have to be before Hamlet, darling - I'm not entirely sure where I can take you underage people in the middle of the night *g*. (seriously, I think we'd have to head back up to Dupont - Afterwords is open all night, Bistrot du Coin until 1 am, or Bistro français in Georgetown is open until something like 2 or 3 am. These are not anywhere near the Shakespeare. Everything in Penn Quarter/Gallery Place will either be closed by the time Hamlet lets out or it'll be heavily alcoholic. I seriously don't know if underage people can get into RFD after 11 pm.)

I'll be at first preview of Ros and Guil in two weeks (dear god, kill me now, why did I schedule a four show week?) so I'll have a sense of run time on that. It's probably better to head to Gallery Place after the show and have dinner there since that's the neighbourhood of the Shakespeare. It's better to have time to linger over dinner rather than have to cut short in order to high tail it to the theatre.

As for recommendations, my usual go-tos in that area are Jaleo and Zaytinya. We'll need to make a reservation since there will be so many of us.
