To my alleged and darling sweet girlfriend
sparklychibi: you are mad. This whole 'rock-climbing' thing, with the walls. *flails* Mad. I injured myself doing it. You are quite insane.
Not that I mind. :) All the best people are insane. By the way, I told my nana I had a girlfriend. She said that's wonderful and ten minutes later asked if I had boyfriend.
Anyway, projects being put on hold: Jekyll/Nemo; Westmark slash (The latter I would like to discuss with
mhari) until I own the movie/books for reference. Doesn't mean I'm not collecting plotbunnies, however.
Books I stole from Tullahoma at the request of my grandfather: One Hundred Years of Solitude; Roget's Thesaurus; 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea; Pride and Prejudice. Shall attempt to get 'The Invisible Man' and 'Picture of Dorian Grey' elsewhere.
I love flying in planes and hate it at the same time. A fellow gave up his window seat for me. A different fellow on the return trip gave me his flight pretzels.
I'm so glad to be home...

By the way, I told my nana I had a girlfriend. She said that's wonderful and ten minutes later asked if I had boyfriend.
Oh, well, it was worth a try. Perhaps she thought you meant "girlfriend" as in "a friend who is a girl".

Or perhaps she's so insane at this point that nothing perturbs her at all. :) Um. Yes. You're probably right.
