Ran about outside an awful lot to-day. As a rule, I don't go outside unless I have a very good reason, because I am a nasty little creature who does not like the light, and thus I hide in the house. But I ran laps around the biggest vegetable garden, walked all over our place, walked all through town, and did my jumping jacks.

Also, it turns out my toe got infected, so I'm now getting hopped up on another medication--I believe this time it's cephalexin. I do so hope I'm not allergic to that, too.

I hope I offend no one when I say that book is the slashiest thing ever. And Basil is sweet. I want to take Basil home and love him and cherish him and find him someone pretty to sit for his portraits.

And I want to slap Lord Henry. Dorian was almost nice at first. Lord Henry is obviously a hideous, corrupting influence.

It's still the slashiest thing ever.

EDIT: The back of the book tells me Oscar Wilde was arrested and put in prison two years for being homosexual. Awwww. *hugs him* This might explain the slashiness, though. Poor man...
