So my copy of Dorian Gray informs me that there is a different, completely unedited edition of Dorian Gray that has "more homosexual subtext", to which I can only say, how? How can there possibly be more subtext in that book? Lord Henry could outright seduce Dorian, or Basil proclaim undying love, but that's not subtext.

Now, where is this edition and how soon can I get it, I wonder?

:) I'm not supposed to like HP or its people. Because I'm loyal to DWJ.

Mah, all right then. My view is that JKR may not be entirely /original/, but her writing style is good for my standards, so I shall succumb to peer pressure (or rise against it?) and like her books and characters. ^^;

I read your rant though, and agree it's rather annoying. *hides*
