Incidentally, didn't mention this before, but I've damaged my arms doing jumping jacks. Mum tried out five different salves she has (yay nurse!Mum *g*) but they only burned me worse, so I'm not to do any jumping jacks for a bit. Le sigh. I suppose one-thousand one-hundred a day was getting a little excessive. I can still do pushups, however, so perhaps I shall do even more of those.
