This is embarrassing. I am so behind on my work, what with last night's ficcage/procrastination, and to-day's apparent writer's block. If it bloody kills me, I'll get something written. GAH.

This morning was suitably dreadful and I don't want to talk about it. I'm lucky to be alive. >_>

Also, PMS may be bad, but the thing itself is far, far worse. I may as well kill myself now. On the other hand, if I do that, I won't get to have my cookie-making night (!!!) to-morrow after work, and I confess I am looking forward to that. And I'm certainly far more ahead on giftiness than I was Sunday, or even a week ago. So, blah.

A little put out that I keep missing my Wednesday morning walk. For heaven's sake, is there some Higher Power that believes most assuredly that Wednesday is a bad day for walking, or am I simply a victim of circumstance? In any event, it's quite exasperating. I shall just have to get up extra-early and treadmill for an hour or something.

Kohl's does not carry mixing bowls. I am affronted on so many levels. Mixing bowls, I ask.

At any rate. I have work to do, which I am quite behind on, and accordingly I shall vanish. Au'voir! Wish me lots of luck to-morrow, please!

Kohl's has to carry mixing bowls. They just have bad organisation and moronic staff members. I mean really, mixing bowls! They must have them!

So, how goes Wuthering Heights? *g*

So I was convinced! We asked a staff member, and she said to try Walmart's, but actually we're going to take a gamble on Williams and Sonoma. If they haven't got the bloody things, I will loose all faith in humanity.

Wuthering Heights trips on merrily. I like Cathy II much better than her predessor, and can find my way clear to lavishing a bit of affection on Hareton.

"Cathy II" Makes me think of Audrey II. Only Cathy II is just bitter and thus a bitch, not a human eating plant. If she had been a human eating plant, the book would have been over much faster. I rather like that idea. A Wuthering Heights/Little Shop of Horrors crossover.

Hareton is the only real victim in the whole thing. I do feel somewhat sorry for him. But everyone else is a moron and absolutely responsible for their own tragedies.

I rather think I need to see that, because people allude to it all the time...

Really? Even Nelly? *g*

I knowww! What kind of store with a GIGANTIC HOME APPLIANCES SECTION OF GIGANTITUDE doesn't carry bloody mixing bowls? They had every other gadget you could possibly imagine--but bowls of the mixing sort? Nary a one.

Williams&Sonoma has a good deal, though. We're going there on Sunday.
