At work, John is back. John is the gentleman I rescued the last time he was here; the man who got out by mistake. This time, he keeps setting off alarms by mistake, and wandering around looking for his family. He helped me pot flowers; he's a very sweet fellow.
Jennie loved her hyacinth. She was awfully tired to-day, but she gave me such a smile. ^_____^
One of the gentlemen who came recently left to-day, and the lady who was with him gave me a paper with times and locations and her phone number as to square dancing, because I mentioned I'd like to and it just happened that she helps organise a group. That'll be a few Saturdays from now. I'm excited! ^^
I see the nutritionist next Wednesday.
This Wednesday, I'll be on my own--it's the children, unfortunately, and I do not like them. Ah, well. We have a new Assistant Director, and her name is Lisa. I have got Jekyll and Hyde now stuck in my head, much to my rueful amusement.
Gladys has moved out, and Helen has her old room. Helen is sweet, however, so all is well. As for Anna, Anna is wonderful, and I love her so very dearly.
Eleanor was funny to-day. ^_^ She teased me.
We did bubble blowing for the twelve-thirty activity, and I accidentally dropped by bottle of bubble mixture on the floor, and Betty suggested I ought to stand in the corner, so to please her I did. She then suggested that I stand on one foot in the corner. I complied. She suggested I lift it higher. I begin to feel reminiscent of my morning aerobics. Then Rebecca came and made me clean up and I had to stop. *g*
It's probably a bad sign that I cross myself before I go into Irma's room. ^_~
Oh, and I took Myrtle down to see her cousin, Josephine! She was sitting in the hall in her wheelchair, and I asked her where was she going to-day? and she told me, and I asked would she like a ride? and she said oh, very much, so I took her. She seemed quite pleased, so I felt very gladly.
I love my people, I love my people.
