"You People Gazing at Me..."

Oh! To-day was pretty! I read outside on a towel in the front pasture, and got bugs in my hair and fell asleep in the sunshine and it was lovely.
Also I watched Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with Waen. That is really the bestest film ever. ^___^ Fondest memories. I love Up From the Ashes and the Posh Travelling Life best, I think, although of course one must adore the title song. I very much like the clockwork doll song, too, although I can never remember what it's called. Dick van Dyke is wonderful; v. like Donald O'Connor, but not quite as good.
petronelle has been showing me things from
scans_daily lately, and I am horribly enticed. Helas, the day! *is in love with Alfred, thankyouverymuch*
Jane Eyre I have finally taken up again, having put it down for a long time due to acute exasperation with Our Heroine and her Relationship Troubles: I have just met Mary, Diana, and St. John Rivers, who strikes me as delightfully cold and distant. With any luck, he'll stay that way. *has not yet forgiven Mr. Rochester, if you please*
I'm in love with Wodehouse, still.
To-morrow I shall have a cinnamon roll! One of the ones Waen makes, whole wheat and little-tiny and chewy and with lots and lots of cinnamon. Not at all like the ones you buy in stores.
I can't write a thing. It's rather terrible.
