Iiiiiiiiiiii'm sugar high. ^_^;;; I was allowed sugar for the first time in ages. It's dreadful. It's awful. I shall be fat for-ever. But it was such lovely ice cream, and I had cake this morning, because I am weak and bweeeeeeeeee. ^___________^

We did cut the corn--got almost six or eight or ten quarts from the first planting. This means the corn's out a danger for a bit until the second planting comes in.

I have a pocketful of white doves from the cake at Father Julian's reception this morning. It was his last day ever. He's leaving us now, and we'll have a new priest. I've never met her before, I don't think.

Last night I dreamt of Andrew. Nanni will remember him. He's the boy at Sewanee I wanted so badly to like me, platonically, because he was so clever and splendid and he didn't like me at all, but I wished so hard he would. According to my wedding cake dream, I shall marry him some day. *laughs*

...Aaaaaaaaand it's been about ten minutes and the sugar wore off all of a sudden and I feel as though I'm going to fall over, I'm so tired. Hee.

Zaaaaaaaaaaraaaaaaaaaaaa.*

*When I draw it out like that? You know it has to be the one who behaves ridiculously and gets herself into Situations, not the lovely splendid one who types for Danish Spice Hamlet. Thank you.
