I am to bathe it in epsom salts four times a day, and I've a nice bandage, and I'm not allowed to do anything that might irritate it, but--

augh.

Body, I hate you. Really I do. Also, neck still aching.

On the plus side, um. Well. I. I'll have a lot of time to read now that I can't do anything more than sit about nursing my wounds.

Oh, dear! ...I've had that before-- not that you needed to know that-- and it was not at all fun. Er. From this post, it sounds as if you've gone to the doctor, which good. When I finally consulted someone, I was told that I was a few days away from requiring hospitalisation for the infection.

Um. Right. That wasn't me being helpful, that was me being scarily TMI. Anyway, what I meant to say was that you should keep an eye on any fever and er, find out if you should have antibiotics. ...but I'm a chronic worrier and now I'm being hypochondriac for people other than myself, so I'll be quiet now.

At any rate, feeeeeel better. Please feel better! I don't suppose you would like a telephone call sometime this week?
