psalm_onethirtyoneJanuary: Happy New Year, darlings. Well, that was predictable. Also pretentious. I don't do that any more.
February: Have just finished Moby-Dick. ...I didn't finish it until February? That's odd. I think I started in November. --Waen started in November. Oh. The rest of the post is rambling about how sad it is. Also Queequeg/Ishmael.
March: Is perfect snowman weather out there, but due, unfortunately, to Soujin's screwed-up metabolism, she cannot go outside. I still have this problem. I cannot get warm ever.
April: Well, I'm all moved out of my winter room, and the summer one is quite set up. I still do this, too. Right now I'm in my winter room.
May: Why the hell am I still awake? That day just went downhill from there, too.
June BACK LIEK WHOA! Version 2.5!* XD That was when I got back from the really long cartrip of doom.
July “Julian.” First line of a private post, a story I wrote at Sewanee. There are actually six of these posts before the one that's not locked, which begins *steals lab computer again, v. bad Soujin*. The next line is I MISS EVERYBODY.
August: Having a crisis. Again. Story of my year.
September: *dies* The first day of school is cancelled--and, indeed, school is cancelled until Tuesday--on account of too many last-minute harvests to put up. This is sort of the Soujin equivalent of the fact that my entire part of Pennsylvania gets out of school for the first day of deer season.
October: Iller to-day--cannot eat anything without feeling sick. I got ill oftener this year than I remember. That day just went downhill from there, too.
November: What on earth is going on? This post makes me wince. The rest of it is to say that for some reason I feel pretty, and it's really nice, and I don't understand it. I try not to feel like that any more, because I always feel worse when it goes.
December: Soujin is not well. No, she isn't.
That wasn't quite the way I expected it to be.
