I just found two lovely Arthurian books at the library that mentioned Percy-- the one said he was the most humble and innocent of King Arthur's knights--

(he went ^_^;;;; Oh--not really. I mean--gosh. not really.)

--and the other one told about him saving the lion from the snake and how it protected him after that. Now we have lion!canon to add to his history. -- Both books were unflattering regarding Mordred. We checked one out so we could scan on pictures of sallow!cadaverous!greasyhaired!creepy!Mordred. Just to annoy him.

I love matzah, and Ezra knew the Latke song. He laughed at me.

I have forty-five more minutes until I go. ^____^ I haven't gotten to stay at the library this long in ages, and it's absolutely lovelywonderful.

You don't want to know. The Marcia Williams, in which Arthur is cute and dorky and has black hair, and the Eyewitness one, in which he is BLOND AND POSEY. :D ...I have read no Arthurian sources. I started 'Once and Future King', got to the unicorn part, had hysterics, and never read any more.

Oh Arthurian Books! I need more of those. I also need more Trojan War/Mythology books, because I collect them. I should take inventory of what I have...sorry! Rambling!

I love sitting in librarys, but I am so terribly possessive of books that I read then and then want to adopt them instead of returning them, so I don't check out library books much anymore. Plus, the librarians at my old library were really nice and all liked me, but the ones at my new library are kind of scary.

You should so see the Marcia Williams'. All her books are splendid. Also--eeee! ^___^ All I know about the Trojan War and/or Greek Mythology, I learnt from The Iliad.

I do have the problem, too, but since I work there I can sekritly keep renewing and renewing and renewing far past the time when I ought to've given them back. And--oh! That's not good. ;_______; What do they do? I disapprove of all librarians who turn people away from libraries.
