Cleaned the kitchen and the den; about to move onto the living room and dining room before tackling the upstairs. This is so much fun, and feels so good. ^___^ I do love cleaning.
Also, while vacuuming under the desk, I FOUND MY LONG-LOST LATIN-ENGLISH DICTIONARY. Ohh, I am too pleased for words. Now I have a rilly long list of peri- words for Majaja. ^______________^
Generally all is well, and I expect to have a very nice day.

Date: 2006-05-16 09:46 pm (UTC)Ohhhhmygosh, Lillie, by the way...! I found my demo tape for the Peter Pan musical Kate and I were trying to write at one point. It was supposed to be set modern-day, and Hook was an evil restauranteer, and Peter was a depressed businessman, and Wendy was a frustrated, angry worked at Hook's chain of restaurants, and I wrote and recorded four of the songs from it. They're all awful, but omg.! ^_^

Date: 2006-05-16 09:49 pm (UTC)...oh. Oh dear. Heeeeeee! I must hear these songs! *g* So, how exactly did the plot work? Was Peter still a little boy?
(no subject)
Date: 2006-05-16 09:59 pm (UTC)Um. Well. See. Peter was not a little boy; he was taking drugs so he could go to 'Neverland' (I would like here to state that Kate wrote the plot, not me. I wrote the songs. I am not responsible for the plot. Kate is. Kate, Kate, Kate). (The songs I have are Midnight at Hook's Cooks, sung by Wendy; Neverland, sung by Peter; Force Your Daughter to Work Day and Botulism Free Since 1983, both by Hook.) And. Well. The plot was that Peter met Wendy in one of the restaurants, where she was working midnight shift and had to bring along her two little brothers, Michael and John. He fainted or something--truly I remember not--no, wait, he tried to jump out the window because he thought he could fly O:D--and Wendy was taking care of him; they both decided they were soulmates and decided to do something about the nefarious Hook, dun dun dun. There were a lot of extra plot points, but I don't remember. And there were lots of arguments, because Peter was OMG A DRUG ADDICT. ......Yes. It's. Um.

Date: 2006-05-16 10:05 pm (UTC)...if Peter were the flailing type, he would definitelly be flailing right now. *g* Ooooooh dear.

Date: 2006-05-16 10:07 pm (UTC)XD It was not a good thing; it was her fault, I swear. I only wrote the songs...!

Date: 2006-05-16 05:34 pm (UTC)But the thing I do like about cleaning is finding things! (When they're neat things and not rotting food or huge bugs or anything like that.)
Oh, and. I think you said on the phone to me that Zara would be going to your house on Thursday? I didn't realize it then, but I can't do Thursday because I'm going to New York with my family to see Wicked because my dad wants to. My mom said she would find a way to drive me up on Friday or Saturday, though, because she's awesome, and then maybe I could go back with Z. on Sunday or whenever? *flail* Planning is not my favorite thing ever.

Date: 2006-05-16 07:56 pm (UTC)^__^! Yes. I found four usable pens, a nice book of French/English for preschoolers (things like nursery rhymes and things that would be suitable to say to little kids), two rolls of tape, a pretty box, and--yes. Um. Lots of silly things that make me happy. ^_^
Ohhhh, okay. If your Mum drives you down Friday, that would be awesome, and I'm sure you can go back with her. >_> Planning fails. But--that would work, that would be okay...!

Date: 2006-05-16 10:02 pm (UTC)Oooh. I listened to Buddy Holly while on the subway yesterday. ^^ --It helped when some guy tried to pick me up, too.

Date: 2006-05-16 10:04 pm (UTC)....WHAT? afkjsklgjasgkv lk what? XD Not that you're not totally pick-up-able, but I'd prefer random people on the Subway didn't try it.

Date: 2006-05-16 10:15 pm (UTC)It does? <33333 They have good taste, but it's still--maaaaaaaan. To-day a telemarketer called and said 'is this [Soujin's dad]?' and Soujin said 'no' and he said 'is this [residence of Soujin]?' and Soujin said 'no', and he said something extremely impolite and hung up.

Date: 2006-05-16 10:17 pm (UTC)It does. Though it says more about the subway than me, I'm afraid. ... ...and I distracted myself with Buddy Holly. And decided that Brown-Eyed Handsome Man is Cleopatra's song. ... Miss Soujin. XD
