>_>

you're looking at a pair of gals who're talk of the town--whenever there's a party, yeah, you'll find us around--

Zara and Lillie? Few last-minute trip questions.

Firstly, what time are you getting in? XD I know it's five-something, but I can't remember when exactly, and it'll definitely help with picking up if I know when to be there.

Secondly, how does day-tripping in Strawberry Square after going to the museum sound? See Hallmark store comments in the post below.

Thirdly, what time are you leaving? No, I have no idea. ^^;;; I think it's three-something for both of you, and this raises a few more questions. Labour-day is the Juniata Fair, which we go to every year because Grandma liked it and had us take her every year before she died. The question is, would you like to leave late and go to the fair, or earlier than planned and avoid it, or we can go with the original time and get there late, which wouldn't be a problem for us because none of the real activity (i.e., the rides) starts until six anyway (what we do prior to six is look at the displays, of which there are kajillions--after the requisite viewing of the OMG CUTE cows, sheep, goats, pigs, bunnies, and whatever 4-H brings in, we go to the vegetable house, where they judge produce; the flower house, where they judge flowers; and then the assorted house, where they judge everything from quilts to cake to artwork to canned cherries--as well as the Random Evangelical People who if you watch their twenty-minute religious video will give you free face-painting. the Juniata Fair is probably one of the more wonderful things that happens in early September. XD)

These are the questions. Answer ye!

we'll see you around--see you around--see you around--

5:15 on Friday for me. And my Monday options are 10:55, 3:15, and 7:00, none of which really make things easier. I'd probably say that sticking with the original time would be best for me, as the 10:55 seems unnecessarily early for a necessary weekend and the 7:00 would mean we could go to the fair but not for very long. There's a 10:45 after that, but I'm not too keen on getting in at 3 AM when I have class at 11. Also, day-triping sounds fine. I believe we are at your mercy.

Three AM is not a time I plan on letting you get in, if I have any power over it. Okay, we'll stick with the original. <3 That's fine. Because we'll still go to the fair the second we get rid of you. ^_~ And bweeeeeeee. You are getting kidnapped and taken on a Harrisburg day-trip, then. We can search for the cows! and the kites!

Nah. It'll actually mean we'll have less time to get bored and start whining about the rides not opening til six. ^_^ *pounce* How are you to-day?

Well, at least that's something. XD --A little ill-like, actually. I feel like I have a fever, but my temperature is only 99.5. I took it. It might be the weather, though, because when I woke up today, it was 95% humidity.

Also, it strikes me that you are probably not the sort of person who enjoys riding the tilt-a-whirl until she gets sick. unlike yours truly. So the fair experience probably isn't you thing. ^_^ --Yes, well. IT IS HOT. IT IS SO HOT IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.

I wouldn't say that, but I can't do things like that. Would be sick for days, literally. --It's actually not that hot. Is just humid. And my dorm likes to be 10 degrees hotter than it is outside. But I don't fell well and am thinking of going to the doctor-- I have a ridiculously painful arm thing. But that's TMI. ^^ I also have classes and they are fine; today I had to tell my class that if I were a vegetable, I'd be broccoli.

Someday, Ladymine, you are going to be all fixed up, and then we'll do something crazy, like go on a roller coaster together. -- Well, yes, but the humidity feels hot. I hate it. And that's really annoying. Auuugh, Zara's body, behave! But eeeeeeee for classes. Broccoli! I think I'd be celery. I'm loud and watery and nobody likes me much unless I have peanut butter on me.

Ever been to Six Flags? --It iiiis. I don't need random infections that make me unable to move my arm. ;____; You don't want to be celery because I can't stand it. Also, someone did say 'I would be celery because we're both loud.' XD

No, I haven't...! What is it? --No, you really don't. Is it your underarm? Because I had one last year, and they rilly hurt, but the doctor made mine go away. Can I be carrots? But yes, it's a very important point. XD

It is one of the big amusement park thingies. It has a rilly scary roller coaster named Superman. You hang from the underside of the coaster. --Yessss. Antibiotics, probably. Though when I had it before, the doctor made it go away with a scalpel.--Carrots are good!

From: [identity profile] rainbowjehan.livejournal.com
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I want to do it! Bweeeeeee. ^___________^ --Antibiotics would be preferable. I didn't have to scalpel. >_> We're getting very TMI here, but my doctor said that the razor was making my underarm sad, and if I stopped shaving it would also help with the infection staying away. (I shall note in parentheses that I did not listen to her, and it healed anyway, but I keep waiting for it to come back.) --They make you see in the dark!

It is ridiculous and heights make me want to cry, but for some reason I've ridden it. During a rainstorm, no less. --Indeed they would. Well, when I went before, the doctor told me that I was nearly to the admit-on-IV point, so. And because I can be very TMI back, I don't actually shave. Anywhere. So that's not likely to be a problem. The doctor I originally saw told me that, too, which is about how I ended up nearly in the hospital. >__> At any rate, I figure I'll probably get antibiotics or nothing. --And they're orange and can be made into juice that's also orange!

It sounds fantastic. *hides* Especially in a rainstorm. --Okay, see, that's--kjfjsgklajsdklgjsd. And okay! That works. I actually only shave my underarms because they drive me crazy if I don't. Waen doesn't do anything either. And how, pray tell, did you nearly end up in the hospital because a doctor told you that shaving your underarms might spur on an infection? Because said doctor said don't do anything, don't worry about it, just don't shave and it'll be fine? But antibiotics sound good, yes they do. -- ^____________^ Yes!

There was lightning. >___> I think it's actually illegal to run it during electrical storms, but. XD --YAY WAEN! :D And yes, that's exactly how. And then it wasn't fine, and then the next time I went I saw a different doctor and he went agabklnaklnlkaklaka at me and sent me to a surgeon. XDD But anyway, I shall go visit tomorrow unless it is better.

I hated my old doctors-- they were all in an office together and they didn't see their patiens steadily; you saw whoever was available. It was awful, and they treated me like I was an idiot. Once I went I told them all the ways in which I felt ill, and he looked at me and went '...so why are you telling me?' --Maybe she called home and they didn't tell me. I guess I'll find out whenever my parents call. Tuesday, maybe.

I mean, granted, it was maybe a silly list, but I was old and smart enough to know that I was listing all the symptoms of some kind of infection, and I was there because I was feeling unwell, but he didn't even care; I figured, you know, tests for strep, maybe? I'm glad, too, and Cynthia's nice if a little flighty. But she's the first person who ever took my sleep trouble seriously. --You'd think.

Yes. Definitely. Doctors are supposed to listen to you, and if you're being a hypochondriac, hey, I don't care if they tell you. They are not, however, allowed to act like you just asked them a question about car mechanics. Because unlike car mechanics, they should know sicknesses, and they shouldn't treat questions about sicknesses as something alien and random to them. And I am really, really, really glad about that. thank you, Cynthia. -- >_>
