...We have bad Arthurian fanfiction here. Ye gods, it's hilarious. Mordred is so--pathetically evil. I can't stop giggling. ...I think I should check it out and then post excerpts. What say you?

In other news, I got yelled at by the head librarian for doing something dumb with a reserve. I fail. And then I wibbled a lot and one of the patrons made sympathetic noises at me.

...Also, Kate DiCamillo is my favourite children's book author of the month, and I recommend her highly.

(Actually, I have had a tonne of dreams lately in which I do something immensely stupid or start crying, and somebody randomly hugs me; usually it's someone who probably wouldn't in real life.)

Isn't that just great? He's all, "ha, ha, Agravain, I rock". So should I get the book?

I hope so. *flails* She just gave me a dressing-down in front of another patron for answering the telephone while I was taking care of her [the patron]. I cannot do anything right to-dayyyy. *fails more*

V. good! ^__^

--Bah. ESPECIALLY not in front of A.! A. must always have the impression that Mordred is just naturally this cool. Silly author. Who on earth is it?

;__; I think that is a perfectly reasonable thing to do, if no one else is getting the phone--! I mean, you just say "hold on one moment"-- *cuddles*

--I knowww. I'll go get it. It just makes me die inside. It's all about Guinevere. Half a sec.

Well, that's what I did, but she said it was basic courtesy just to let the phone go if there was a patron and then I felt stupid and rude also.

The Gwen Trilogy by Rosalind Miles. All my exerpts are from the last book, which I am officially taking home with me because it makes me snorfle a lot. Arthur is meeeen and Lance is a macho sweetie, of course.
