I am. so tired. XD

I got up at eight this morning to go play the 'I HATE EVERYONE PLAYING AND I WANT TO QUIT' game, otherwise known as trash pickup along the road. We did a mile of road, and then drove back to Newport and Mum and I had lunch at the Bean. And I had a homemade vegan oatmeal raisin cookie, which I usually get there and which are amazing. ^__^ Then we went to the gym, which is just a few blocks from the Bean which is a few blocks from the library, and since I'd forgotten I Am Mordred I stopped in and took out the Romance Novel Which is Not About Sir Bedivere Really. It was dreadful. XD But it worked for an hour, at least. (Prince Not!Bedivere's brother was named Rufus, which made me ex-dee. Also he was the Prince of Gwynedd, which made me die a little inside, and which [livejournal.com profile] canadabear decries as LIES ALL LIES, much to everyone's relief.)

And then went to Oriental to see Rufus and Robin, who are beautiful and come to my waist. They were scared of me, though. I think I'm going to try to go up as often as possible and just sit in the barnyard and let them get used to me, and see if they'll come to a pan of sweetfeed. We walked around the land and to the suspension bridge, which is utterly falling apart--I was the only one who went across. We went to the island, and down by the concrete bridge, and I lay in the grass behind the chicken shed and played with maple seeds. The ground's hard for planting, but Daddy will anyway.

Then we went to the Oriental Store, which is a teeny little general store about a mile from our house, and the clerk there was awfully nice. <3 And it's such a wonderful store...! They have penny candy and canned soups and bagged pastas and it's like the Amish Market except not, and reminds me of the general store in Blue Mountain Lake, and it was really nice. I bought fifty-six cents worth of sour watermelon candy.

After that we came home, I took a nap, slept until eight where did the time go aklfajkfkjasfkjas, watched a film and had dinner (Mum and Daddy went out for dinner to celebrate their anniversary, which was actually last week), and blah got online. XD So. Eventful day what.

I'm copping out on church to-morrow and sleeping in. Zomg is me.

We do...! That the people walk across when they go into the woods to hunt, apparently. They all keep it up as a community during hunting season, but it's mostly rotted through since the winter, so we're going to build it up again. The sheep are lovely.

Just inished reading it and SO. MUCH. LOVE. I love your interpretations od the Amis. It's so unique, how you blend of fanon stereotypes with Hugo's actual characterization to create something entirely new and utterly fantastic to read.

I want to squish Courfeyrac so badly now. And might I just say that the English major in me was squeeing over your totally awesome way of repeating ideas/motifs and tying them in so seemlessly that they took on thie new facet each time. And the parallel structure was very happy.

Right. That was the nerdest squee ever, I swear.
