"Somedays are Better than Lovers..."

There is a lot of blood happening in my foot region to-day. >_> It's a good thing I called the podiatrist. <---And, really, that's all I have to say about that.

I got a lot of stuff done to-day, so I am feeling pretty good. Some packages mailed, other prepared, started work on Maria's birthday present number two--I should, it actually occurs to me, work on Mama and Maria's surprise present, since they appear to be away right now. Maybe I will go do that in a minute (or maybe I will procrastinate :P). Also I finally got in a bike ride and I haven't even lost too much time--the ride I did to-day usually takes me forty-five minutes, and I did it in an hour, so I'm not that out of shape, which makes me happy.

I also read two books that I needed to (short little ones, but still!) and saved the guineas' lives. I realised I hadn't looked at them in a few days, and they grow so fast at this stage, so I went into the brooder shed to check on them, and they were all staggering around and few of them were lying prostrate with heat. So we changed the temperature and they look much happier now. They're such funny little things.

Someday I need actually to post my picspam.

For now I will go back to eating ice cream out of the container. Mmmmm.

Unfortunately it looks like the white one suffered some kind of damage, because she can't actually balance enough to stay upright any more. She'll probably die during the night.

My feet are getting dramatically worse. Guineas are stable for the meantime. :D
