I really like Lent and Easter and that whole liturgical period--they're very reassuring to me and comforting. But this feels like something more than seasonal just because it is so unbelievably bad. It hasn't been thing bad in over a year, iirc. Anyway, I will flail at my therapist on Tuesday.
